VIAFORM Granular

VIAFORM Granular is a highly effective, granular anti-slip agent based on sodium formate. The granules are used to melt ice up to 3–12 mm thick. The granules penetrate the ice, melt it, and break up the ice layer, making it easy to remove mechanically (the "splitting" effect). Viaform Granular is environmentally friendly and contains an effective corrosion inhibitor.

The VIAFORM biological product de-ices snow and ice and prevents new layers from forming, while it:

• Leaves no residue
• Does not damage footwear
• Is non-corrosive
• Is non-toxic
• Is not harmful to animals or plants
• Is gentle on special floor and pavement surfaces
• Does not create deposits in sewage systems
• Does not pollute the air

Use:

Due to their different functions, using both products (Granular and Liquid) together is recommended. Both products allow for an optimal response to different weather conditions.

Although neither hazardous nor harmful, we recommend wearing gloves when handling this product. Dosage recommendations and safety regulations must be followed.

The granules can be spread by hand or with the spreaders used by road maintenance services. For precise dosing, we recommend using specialised spreading machines.
